WB Taxi starts providing ride services in Fergana
The taxi-hailing service WB Taxi, part of the RVB group—the merged Wildberries & Russ company—has launched operations in Fergana. Users can now order rides throughout the city via a mobile application available on Google Play and the App Store, the company announced.
In Fergana, passengers have access to three fares: "Standard", "Comfort", and "Multi". The "Multi" fare allows searching for a vehicle across several categories simultaneously to speed up car dispatch.
The service also features a loyalty program. When paying for rides with a bank card through the app, users earn bonus points that can subsequently be used to pay for future trips.
As noted by Timur Aliev, Head of WB Taxi in Uzbekistan, the service offers drivers transparent terms of cooperation, a reduced aggregator commission for partners, and regular payouts. In addition, an option for extra earnings is provided, subject to meeting the platform's working conditions.
Prior to its launch in Fergana, WB Taxi was available in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, and Andijan. Outside Uzbekistan, the service operates in Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Among the cities of presence, the company lists Minsk, Brest, Grodno, Bishkek, Osh, Manas, and Yerevan.
