Uzbekistan wants to introduce artificial intelligence into filmmaking

Uzbekistan intends to introduce artificial intelligence into the sphere of filmmaking. A cooperation program in this area has been instructed to be prepared within a month, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced on October 26 at a meeting with representatives of the film industry.

The program should provide for the development of new educational courses, the training of specialists, and the advanced training of personnel abroad.

Other details of the initiative, including which specific AI technologies are planned to be used in movie production and how their implementation will be funded, have not yet been disclosed.
