Uzbekistan awarded 14 people over 100 years old.
In honor of the 35th anniversary of independence, 14 Uzbek citizens over 100 years old from different regions of the country were awarded the Shukhrat medal.

In honor of the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded the Shukhrat medal to fourteen citizens of the country who are over 100 years old. This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
The decree, signed on August 22, 2026, recognizes the following centenarians: Zhangil Agzamova from the Buka district of Tashkent region, Khayri Alimova from the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, Mukhtor Dadajonov from the Shakhrikhan district of Andijan region, and Saodat Yorkulova from the Chirakchi district of Kashkadarya region.
Other recipients of the awards include Menglikhol Dzhuraeva from the Baysun district of the Surkhandarya region, Ibokhon Kosimova from the Kushkupyr district of the Fergana region, Narzi Kurbanov from the Payaryk district of the Samarkand region, and Akhmadzhon Mallabayev from the Uchkurgan district of the Namangan region.
Medals were also awarded to Umit Medetova from the city of Nukus in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Ravshan Mukhamadieva from the Saykhunabad district of the Syrdarya region, Khakim Rajabov from the Khatyrchi district of the Navoi region, and Barno Rajabova from the Vabkent district of the Bukhara region.
The list is rounded out by Bakposhta Sopoeva from the Kushkupyr district of the Khorezm region and Salomat Uralova from the Dustlik district of the Jizzakh region.
