Up to 60 million soums for business: Uzbekistan announces grants for returning migrants
Citizens of Uzbekistan who have returned after working abroad will be able to receive up to 60 million soums to start or expand their own business. The distribution of grants will take place on a competitive basis, with a special emphasis on women.
The Migration Agency announced the start of accepting applications for grants for citizens who returned to Uzbekistan after working abroad.
The allocated funds — up to 60 million soums — can be used to launch a new business or to develop an already operating project.
Citizens who worked abroad in 2025–2026 and subsequently returned to Uzbekistan will be eligible to participate in the competition. The organizers also plan to pay special attention to women.
Applications can be submitted until September 21. Grants will be awarded based on the results of a competitive selection process.
