Up to 1.02 million soums: what payout teachers in Uzbekistan will receive by October 1

Teachers and school principals in Uzbekistan can receive a bonus of up to 1.02 million soums by October 1. This payout is provided for Teachers and Mentors Day and will be funded by the Director's Fund.

The amount of the bonus is determined not based on the salary of a specific teacher, but on the basis of the minimum wage. Currently, the minimum wage is 1.36 million soums.

According to current rules, the bonus can reach up to 75% of the minimum wage, which is 1.02 million soums. At the same time, the final amount depends on the availability of funds in the Director's Fund.

The payout is due to employees of general education institutions, including management staff.
