Those who promised to carry out construction work in kindergartens under the Ministry of Internal Affairs have been detained

In the Zangiata district, three individuals were detained for demanding 100,000 USD from an entrepreneur in exchange for securing reconstruction and construction works worth 60 billion soums. They were caught with physical evidence while receiving 20,000 dollars of the agreed amount.

According to information provided by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office, the operational event was conducted in cooperation with its Zangiota district branch and other law enforcement agencies.

It is reported that three citizens conspired to promise M.N., the head of "S.C." LLC, that they would secure reconstruction and construction work at four state preschool educational organizations under the Ministry of Internal Affairs, allegedly through their acquaintances working in high-ranking positions.

They reportedly demanded $100,000 from the entrepreneur to arrange these works, which have a total value of 60 billion soums.

In connection with this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 168 of the Criminal Code (fraud) and Articles 28 and 211 (complicity in bribery). Investigative actions are ongoing.
