According to the National Statistics Committee, as of September 1, 2026, 456.7 thousand commercial organizations are operating in Uzbekistan.
Of these, 366,051 are limited liability companies, accounting for 80.2 percent of the total commercial organizations.
The number of private enterprises stood at 48,112, with their share equal to 10.5 percent. Family enterprises numbered 38,101, making up 8.3 percent of the total commercial organizations.
Thus, the share of LLCs, private, and family enterprises combined was equal to 99 percent.
The number of joint-stock companies was 648, with their share in the total structure of commercial organizations accounting for 0.1 percent. Meanwhile, commercial organizations of other organizational and legal forms numbered 3,740, with their share equal to 0.8 percent.
