The procedure for accepting facilities related to state secrets has changed
According to the government decision, certain facilities will be commissioned based on the acts of the state acceptance commission and the working commission

Procedure for accepting facilities associated with state secrets updated
By Government Decision No. 560, amendments were made to the administrative regulation on the provision of state services for the handover-acceptance of completed construction facilities and issuing permits for their operation.
According to the decision, in certain cases, facilities associated with state secrets or categorized as especially important will be accepted directly into operation on the basis of documents of the Cabinet of Ministers. For this purpose, a working commission will be established by the State Acceptance Commission and the clients, and relevant acts will be drawn up and approved.
The act on accepting facilities into operation within the framework of completed construction projects is approved by the Chairman of the State Acceptance Commission.
Before the act is drawn up, the State Financial Control Inspectorate conducts a mandatory control measurement of the construction facility in the established manner.
