The regulation establishes the procedure for organizing the lease of state property, providing the relevant public service, executing lease agreements, as well as amending and terminating them.
Starting January 1, 2027, applicants will be able to submit applications for leasing state property through the EPIGU or through Public Service Centers. The service will be provided free of charge.
The State Assets Management Agency, together with the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Ministry of Justice, has been instructed to implement, within two months, a control system over the consideration of applications at each stage of service provision via the EPIGU.
The document was published in the National Database of Legislation in the state language and entered into force.
