The presidents visited the Bahauddin Naqshband Mausoleum in Bukhara

On August 24, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Bukhara to participate in the second day of the Uzbek-Azerbaijani summit.

During the visit, the heads of state visited the Bahauddin Naqshband Memorial Complex. During the visit, verses from the Quran were recited and prayers were offered for peace and prosperity for the peoples.

The Bahauddin Naqshband Mausoleum is one of the most important shrines in the Islamic world. The complex is located on the burial site of the founder of the Naqshbandi tariqa and includes a mausoleum, a khanaka, mosques, a necropolis, and a museum of the history of Sufism.
