Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the mausoleum of Bahauddin Naqshband

Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the shrine of Bahauddin Naqshband.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Bukhara on August 24. His visit is connected with participation in the events of the second day of the Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan summit.

According to the presidential press service, the visit began with a visit to the shrine of Bahauddin Naqshband. Here, verses from the Quran were read and prayers were offered for peace and prosperity for our country.

On the same day, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his wife also left for Bukhara. He was in Tashkent on a state visit.

At the Humo International Airport in Tashkent, the Azerbaijani President was seen off by the Speaker of the Legislative Chamber Nuriddin Ismailov, the mayor of the capital Shavkat Umurzakov and other officials.
