Head of the Presidential Administration Saida Mirziyoyeva participated in an event dedicated to demographic resilience issues, organized in cooperation with the United Nations Population Fund.

It was emphasized that Uzbekistan's most important capital is its young generation.

For this potential to become a source of demographic dividend in the future, it is necessary to invest in the health, education, and safety of every individual, especially women and children, starting today.

“In order to ensure that our efforts in this direction are targeted and long-term, we are establishing a demographic forecasting system and planning to develop the Demographic Dividend – 2050 strategy. The future of our country is determined not only by the size of the population, but first and foremost by the opportunities they will have,” the Head of the Presidential Administration wrote.

Earlier, it was reported that Saida Mirziyoyeva met with the Director-General of the WTO.
