The embassy in Saudi Arabia warned Uzbeks about potential flight changes

The appeal distributed by the "Dunyo" news agency emphasized that the internal situation in Saudi Arabia is stable. It stated that no threats to public safety or special restrictive measures have been recorded in the country.

Nevertheless, it was mentioned that the general situation in the region could affect air travel. In particular, there is a possibility of flight delays, passenger transfers to other flights, or changes in flight routes. Changes in transit routes and waiting times may also affect the duration of the trip.

For this reason, the embassy asked citizens to take these circumstances into account when planning their travel.

Compatriots were advised not to approach the border areas between Saudi Arabia and Yemen, as well as to strictly follow the instructions of local authorities regarding safety.

In addition, they were asked not to film military facilities and the consequences of various incidents, not to distribute unverified information, to use official information sources, and to always carry identification documents with them.
