This document approves proposals put forward by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade, and the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement.
Among the approved proposals is setting the maximum amount of cash payments for goods and services at 400 basic calculation units (BCUs), equivalent to 176 million soums. Previously, since April 1, the maximum amount for cash payments for "expensive" goods and services was 25 million soums. Thus, the new limit is more than sevenfold higher than the previous limit.
Overall, the decree includes measures aimed at reducing costs for businesses, reducing the number of inspections, strengthening the protection of entrepreneurs' rights, and expanding financial support tools.
