Brasserie Park terrace near TSUM dismantled following conflict between employee and courier
In front of the Central Department Store (TSUM) in Tashkent, a representative of the Brasserie Park restaurant insulted and threatened a minor courier passing through the terrace located on the sidewalk.
The employee ran after the courier and said to him: “That's it, go, if you want, I'll even give you a slap… Do you think you can scare me with a phone? Use your common sense, people are eating here, and you are riding a scooter… Wouldn't it be strange to you if someone rode a scooter past where you were eating… Get off and push it. Don't you guys have a rule that you should get off and push it through? Don't scare me with your camera… Get out of here, don't pass through here a second time.”
The courier, on the other hand, stated that the situation could be explained and that he had already apologized.
This summer terrace had existed at this location for several years.

Public spaces must remain accessible to residents,” the khokimiyat said in a statement.
According to the Tashkent City Main Department of Internal Affairs, the conflict between the 36-year-old restaurant representative and the 17-year-old courier occurred on October 17 at around 13:00.
The representative of the establishment, S. R., “intentionally disregarding the rules of conduct in society, treated [the minor] rudely and violated public order,” the Main Department of Internal Affairs reported.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the man under Article 183 (Petty hooliganism) of the Code of Administrative Responsibility. The collected documents have been sent to the Mirabad District Criminal Court.
