The Accounts Chamber has introduced online monitoring of kindergarten expenses
In Uzbekistan, the Masofaviy Audit system was presented for planning the financing of preschool educational organizations and monitoring their expenses online.

The Accounts Chamber of Uzbekistan has launched an information system for planning the funding of preschool educational organizations and online monitoring of their expenses.
The new functionality has been implemented within the "Masofaviy Audit" system. It allows determining the budget needs of each preschool institution, comparing them with the amount of allocated funding, and analyzing actual expenditures.
To ensure the system's operation, the information resources of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, as well as utility providers, have been integrated. Data exchange has been established among the agencies and organizations.
The system processes information regarding the financial needs of preschool institutions, the funds allocated to them, and the expenses incurred. Comparing these indicators should help promptly identify the risks of funding shortfalls and unjustified cost increases.
The use of this tool will also improve the accuracy of planning and allocating budget resources, taking into account the needs of individual preschool organizations.
The presentation of the system took place at the Accounts Chamber.
The event was attended by the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Education Reform Matters Obid Khakimov, First Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Education and Science Erkinjon Turdimov, as well as the leadership of the Accounts Chamber.
Participants discussed the possibilities of applying the system in financing preschool education and increasing the efficiency of budget expenditures.
Representatives of the ministries were given the opportunity to test the new functionality in practice. Based on the results of the testing, a roadmap for the further improvement of the system is planned to be prepared.
