Starting from 2027, tennis will be developed in schools across Uzbekistan, and medalists of the Asian and Para Asian Games will receive increased payouts. These measures are stipulated by a new decision.

From January 1, the Juniors Tennis Initiative program will launch in schools. Students in grades 1–4 will be able to perform basic tennis exercises during physical education classes.

Schools for the further development of the tennis program will be selected based on student interest and sports infrastructure. Sections will be opened in them, equipment will be purchased, including tennis walls, and classes will be conducted by sports school coaches.

In parallel, one-time payouts to medalists of the Asian and Para Asian Games have been increased. For a gold medal, an athlete will receive $25,000, for silver — $12,500, and for bronze — $6,250.

Coaches of winners and medalists are also eligible for payouts of up to $10,000 for training a gold medal winner.

Uzbek chess players and their coaches will receive increased one-time payments for winning prizes at international competitions. The new prize amounts were approved by the President of Uzbekistan. The highest prize is provided for gold at the adult World Chess Olympiad and Paralympiad. The winner will receive $200,000, the silver medalist — $100,000, and the bronze medalist — $50,000. Champions of the World Chess Olympiad will be given 200 thousand dollars each

According to the President's decision, gold medal winners in the World Chess Olympiad and Paralympics among adults will receive 200 thousand dollars, silver medalists will receive 100 thousand dollars, and bronze medalists will receive 50 thousand dollars in prize money. Their coaches will be awarded 50, 25, and 12.5 thousand dollars, respectively.
