Applicants who participated in the entrance exams for undergraduate programs of higher education institutions and scored a minimum score of 56.7 points or higher, but were not recommended for admission, as well as applicants who did not choose a higher education institution and undergraduate programs at the second stage of registration, were given the opportunity to participate in an additional competition for undergraduate programs with vacant places, a set of subjects and a language of instruction that are suitable for them.
In the 2026/2027 academic year, there are 31,808 vacancies in 80 higher education institutions, and an additional competition will be held among applicants to fill these vacancies.
From August 22 to August 28, 2026 (also on the same day), applicants in this category can register to participate in the additional competition through the official platform of the Knowledge Assessment Agency “my.uzbmb.uz”.
Applicants are given the right to choose bachelor's degree programs that are suitable in terms of subject area and language of instruction, and for which there are vacancies.
Registered applicants will be recommended for admission to vacant positions on a basic fee-based contract basis, strictly adhering to the sequence of points they scored.
Based on the results of the competition, the Agency for the Assessment of Knowledge and Skills will form appropriate competition records and submit them to higher education institutions.
