Samarkand to host World Summit on the Future and Well-being of Children

World Summit Dedicated to the Future and Well-being of Children to Be Held in Samarkand
On October 21–22, 2026, Samarkand will host the World Summit dedicated to the well-being and future of children.
The event will be attended by political leaders, ministers, representatives of international organizations, experts, as well as children and adolescents from more than 100 countries.
The program includes an official opening ceremony, panel sessions, and visits by participants to social sector facilities in Uzbekistan. Discussions will focus on the social protection of children and families, the accessibility of social services, children's health, early childhood development, and inclusive education.
In addition, the 2nd International Congress on Pediatric Oncology will be held on the sidelines of the forum. Participants intend to combine international experience and advanced approaches to develop practical solutions and create a more effective system of support for the younger generation.
