Noila Toshkenboyeva was born on September 22, 1943, in the city of Tashkent. The actress studied at School No. 46 and graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Theater and Fine Arts in 1965.
She participated in the film "To‘ylar muborak" in 1978, and starred in "Ichkuyov" the following year. In 1982, she played a role in "Suyunchi". Between 1985 and 1989, she portrayed various characters in the films "Kelinlar qo‘zg‘oloni", "Olmos kamar", "Armon", and "Katta urushdagi kichik odam". In addition to movies such as "Oltin devor", "Piyoda", and "Kim jinni?", she also participated in "Katta oyi", "Vatan", "Zanjir", "Ayol zoti", and "Sardor".
