Based on the experience of Karakalpakstan, it was decided to introduce project manager positions in the remaining 13 regions as well.
The project manager in Andijan will be responsible for shaping the new investment model of the region.
In this process, the industrial, service, and agricultural potential of each district will be assessed using artificial intelligence. Sectors with the potential to create high added value will be identified, and a plan to attract foreign investment will be developed.
Projects aimed at creating an additional 20-30 thousand jobs will be prepared by expanding the activities of 104 enterprises with a turnover of over 100 billion soums. Measures will be taken to increase added value by 40-50 percent through technological modernization in 4 enterprises with a turnover exceeding 1 trillion soums.
