Preschool education institution director and deputy caught red-handed receiving money for employment

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a preschool education institution director and their deputy have been detained.

An operational event was conducted in cooperation with the Kanlikul district department of the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office and other law enforcement agencies.

During the event, R.K., the deputy director of a preschool education institution in the city of Nukus, was caught with physical evidence in their office while receiving 20 million soums on the instructions of the director, K.R., in exchange for hiring citizen G.R. as a speech therapist.

Regarding this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 210 of the Criminal Code (bribe-taking), and investigative actions are underway.
