In the upcoming autumn-winter period of 2026–2027, it is planned to supply 325.7 thousand tons of liquefied gas to consumers.

The department also reported a 40.6 percent decrease in the number of citizens' appeals. During August and September, 3,974 appeals were received, of which 98 percent were resolved positively.
