Ousmane Dembele extends contract with PSG

Ousmane Dembele extends his contract with PSG until 2030, L'Equipe reported.

PSG striker Ousmane Dembele has extended his contract with the Paris club until 2030. His current contract was due to expire in 2028, but the player has expressed his desire to continue his career at PSG.

Negotiations to extend the contract with Dembele have been ongoing for several weeks. Saudi Arabian clubs have also shown interest in him, but the 29-year-old player has decided to stay in Paris.

The parties have reached an agreement on a new contract. PSG has taken into account the player's desire not to exceed his financial requirements under the contract. The new contract has not yet been signed. The agreement is expected to be officially confirmed in the coming weeks.

PSG bought Dembele from Barcelona in 2023 for 50 million euros. He also played for Rennes and Borussia Dortmund.

For information, in the 2025/2026 season, Dembele played in a total of 40 matches in all competitions, scoring 20 goals and providing 11 assists.

The striker also actively participated in the 2026 World Cup for the French national team. In this World Cup, the French took fourth place, while Dembele played in 8 matches, scoring 6 goals and providing 2 assists.
