An opportunity to lodge an online complaint against the refusal of inclusion in the "Social Registry" has been made available in Uzbekistan
In Uzbekistan, citizens now have the opportunity to submit an electronic complaint if they are dissatisfied with the refusal to include their family in the "Social Registry" or with the decisions of the "mahalla seven".
According to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 35 dated January 29, 2026, citizens can apply remotely to the Appeals Councils under district and city khokimiyats through the Single Interactive State Services Portal — my.gov.uz.
The Appeals Council considers complaints on the following issues:
- applications regarding the refusal to include a family in the "Social Registry";
- partial or full cancellation of questionnaires, conclusions, and acts issued by the "mahalla seven";
- applications regarding the obligation of the "mahalla seven" to make amendments to relevant documents.
According to the established procedure, complaints are reviewed within 15 days from the date of receipt. Meetings of the Appeals Council are organized as necessary. However, they must be held at least once a month. Through this new opportunity, citizens can submit a complaint in electronic form without personally visiting the relevant khokimiyat.
Earlier, the opportunity to get acquainted online with the documents serving as the basis for enforcement proceedings conducted by the Bureau of Mandatory Enforcement (MIB) via my.gov.uz was also created in Uzbekistan. To use this service, one can select the "Enforcement Documents (MIB)" service from the "Fines" section of the portal.
