How to obtain a certificate of low-income family status in Uzbekistan in 2026
In Uzbekistan, a certificate confirming a family's low-income status can be obtained for free via my.gov.uz. To do so, the family must be included in the Social Register. If it is not yet listed there, an application must be submitted first. Here is how to obtain the certificate, which families are eligible to be included in the register, and what state support they are entitled to expect.

How to get a certificate of a low-income family in Uzbekistan in 2026
The certificate confirms that a person is a member of a family included in the Social Register. It may be required when applying for state support measures if the conditions for their provision require confirmation of such status. However, the certificate itself does not guarantee the granting of allowances and other benefits.
You can obtain it online, without visiting government agencies. On my.gov.uz, the service is called "Certificate of inclusion of a family in the Unified Register of Social Protection."
To do this:
Go to the
certificate issuance page
.
Log in to the portal.
Submit an electronic request.
Get the finished document.
The certificate is generated automatically and free of charge. No additional documents are required.
