SMS service for evaluating appeals launched in Uzbekistan
In Uzbekistan, citizens can track the process of reviewing their appeals online, evaluate the response, and, if necessary, request a review.

**SMS Service Launched in Uzbekistan to Evaluate Appeals**
Citizens of Uzbekistan now have the opportunity to independently track the process of consideration of their appeals sent to government bodies online. Upon receiving a response, they can evaluate it and, if necessary, redirect the appeal for reconsideration. This was announced by the President's People's Reception Office.
The new feedback service, launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies, operates on the basis of SMS notifications. Information about each stage of the appeal consideration is reflected in the personal account on the pm.gov.uz website, and notifications are also sent to the citizen's registered phone number.
Once the appeal has been reviewed and a response is ready, an SMS message with a special link is sent to the citizen. Through this link, one can log into the personal account, read the response, and evaluate the result of the consideration.
If the citizen is satisfied with the received response or considers the problem resolved, they click the "I agree" button. If the response does not satisfy them or the issue has not been resolved, an "I have an objection" option is provided. In this case, the appeal is returned for reconsideration.
Thus, the new mechanism allows citizens to control the entire process, from sending the appeal and its consideration to receiving a response and evaluating the extent to which the raised issue has been resolved.
