Citizens will now personally monitor the appeals they send to the People's Reception Office
If a citizen who has submitted an appeal to the President's Office is not satisfied with the response from the relevant organization, they can press the "I have an objection" button, and their appeal will be returned for execution and re-examined.

Citizens will now track the appeals they send to the People's Reception Office themselves
Appeals sent to the People's Reception Office of the President of Uzbekistan (pm.gov.uz portal) will henceforth be monitored by the applicants themselves.
According to the People's Reception Office, an SMS notification service has been launched on the portal in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
From now on, citizens will be informed about each stage of the appeal through their personal cabinet on the pm.gov.uz website and via SMS. To do this, citizens must access the settings through their personal cabinet and specify that the necessary notifications should also be sent in the form of SMS.
The SMS notification about the closure of the appeal will contain a special link. By accessing this link, the citizen can familiarize themselves with the response of the relevant organization to the appeal and react by selecting "I agree" or return the appeal for re-execution by selecting "I have an objection." In this way, they will be able to monitor their appeal themselves.
When the "I have an objection" button is pressed, the citizen can select one or more of the following reasons or write down their objection:
If a citizen is not satisfied with the response to the appeal and selects "I have an objection," the appeal will be returned for execution and reviewed again.
