Work with population appeals is being improved in Tashkent region
A diagnostic center has also been established at the Public Reception Center to analyze appeals and maintain reports.

The system for working with population appeals in Tashkent region is being improved. During a media tour organized on August 13 at the regional People's Reception Center, information was provided about the latest developments in this system, statistics on appeals for the first half of this year, and work being done to resolve citizens' problems.
It is noted that the regional People's Reception Center is organized in a modern way to conveniently file citizens' appeals and receive them. The regional situation center also operates here to monitor the situation in the region online, respond quickly to urgent appeals from neighborhoods, and coordinate work.
Citizens are greeted by an artificial intelligence hologram at the entrance to the building. It provides legal advice to those asking questions and directs the applicant to the appropriate specialist. Citizens who have difficulty getting an electronic queue will be assisted by specialists from the People's Reception Center. Citizens can make an appointment with the regional khokim or his deputies through an infokiosk, as well as leave a video appeal to the relevant ministries and departments.
A diagnostic center has also been established at the public reception center to analyze appeals and maintain reports. If necessary, working groups consisting of specialists, members of the "neighborhood seven" and youth representatives will be formed to study the problems on the spot.
For information, new procedures are being introduced in the appeals system by the Presidential Decree No. PF-51 dated April 1, 2026 "On additional measures to effectively organize the system of dialogue with the population." In particular, starting from May 1, appeals will be divided into "urgent", "routine" and "requiring advice" categories, and time control has been established over their execution. The rating of state bodies is also being publicly announced based on the effectiveness of resolving appeals.
Now it is not allowed to close an appeal without talking to a citizen. It is also planned to soon launch a service that will send SMS notifications to the applicant about the stage at which their application is, who is reviewing it, and the result.
