* Abdumannob Kuzievich Rakhimov, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
* Erkin Ibragimovich Churyakov, Head of the Forensic Ballistics and Trace Analysis Laboratory of the H. Sulaimonova Republican Forensic Center.
The Order of "Shon-sharaf," 1st Class, was awarded to:
* Tokhir Tulkinovich Aripov, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Samarkand Region.
* Viktor Vladimirovich Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
