Mirziyoyev awarded military personnel and law enforcement officers
In honor of the 35th anniversary of independence, the president awarded orders and medals to a group of military personnel and law enforcement officers, some posthumously.

**Mirziyoyev recognized the achievements of military personnel and law enforcement officers with state awards**
On August 22, 2026, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree "On awarding a group of military personnel and law enforcement officers in connection with the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan." This was reported by the press service of the head of state.
According to the decree, the awards were given for outstanding achievements in strengthening the combat readiness of the Armed Forces, protecting national interests, ensuring the rule of law and peace, and maintaining stability and public order. They were also recognized for courage, bravery, and dedication demonstrated in the line of duty, long-term fruitful work in training highly qualified personnel, and active participation in public life.
**The Order of "Mehnat Shukhrati"** was awarded to:
* Kholmurad Kurbanov, professor at the Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan;
* Abdumamanob Rakhimov, Judge of the Constitutional Court of Uzbekistan;
* Erkin Churyakov, Head of the Forensic Ballistics and Trace Analysis Laboratory of the H. Sulaimonova Republican Forensic Center.
The following were awarded the 1st Class "Shon-Sharaf" Order:
* Tokhir Aripov, Head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Samarkand Region;
* Viktor Makhmudov, Secretary of the Security Council under the President of Uzbekistan.
The 2nd Class of this order was awarded to:
* Azizbek Ikramov, Minister of Emergency Situations;
* Azizbek Kamilov, Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
The following were awarded the 2nd Class "Dustlik" Order:
* Gaigisiz Avezdurdiyev, Senior Engineer of a Military Unit of the Ministry of Defense;
* Adik Li, Professor of the Department of Administrative and Financial Law at the Tashkent State Law University;
* Tolat Murodov, Chairman of the Veteran Association of Warrior Veterans and Disabled Persons;
* Rano Murtazaeva, Head of the Investigative Unit of the Khodjeyli District Department of Internal Affairs, Karakalpakstan;
* Tatyana Ryabova, Senior Consultant of the Supreme Court of Uzbekistan.
**The Order of Salomatlik, 2nd Class** was awarded to Alimurod Shonazarov, Department Head of the Central Military Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Defense.
**The Order of Mardlik** was awarded to:
* Otabek Karimov, Specialist Instructor of the National Guard military unit;
* Shoim Karshiyev, Senior Prevention Inspector of the Uchtepa District Department of Internal Affairs, Tashkent;
* Khurshid Ochilov, Head of the Emergency Management Center of the Surkhandarya Region;
* Sunnatullo Khamiraev, Commander of the military unit of the Ministry of Defense.
Fourteen people were awarded the "Zhasorat" medal, four of them posthumously. Among the recipients:
* Gulomzhon Abduraimov, senior platoon technician of the Ministry of Defense military unit;
* Mirmansur Mirkhamidov, deputy head of the operational-search department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
* Nabizhon Rakhimberganov, group commander of the Ministry of Defense military unit;
* Musurmon Rakhmatov, head of the control and technical point of the National Guard military unit;
* Abror Sultanov, group commander of the Ministry of Defense military unit;
* Jasurbek Tulaev, chief of the cycle of the Ministry of Defense military unit;
* Nodirzhon Kholdorov, battery instructor sergeant of the Ministry of Defense military unit;
* Ilhamzhan Shukurov, assistant to the detachment commander of the National Guard military unit.
The following were posthumously awarded the medal:
* Azizbek Annakulov, Senior Inspector of the Road Patrol Service of the Road Safety Department of Kashkadarya Region;
* Khaitbek Karimjonov, Senior Inspector of the Road Patrol Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Fergana Region;
* Akhror Pardayev, Specialist of the Military Unit of the Ministry of Defense;
* Boburmirzo Pardayev, Commander of the Special Rescue Battalion of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
* Iskandarbek Rustamov, Senior Inspector of the Road Patrol Service of the Road Safety Department of Andijan Region;
* Javokhir Uralov, Specialist of the Military Unit of the National Guard.
The "Sodik Khizmatlari Uchun" Medal was awarded to 33 individuals representing the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, internal affairs agencies, the prosecutor's office, the courts, the Customs Committee, and the Ministry of Justice from various regions of the country. Among them:
* Kambarali Abdulkhaev, a lawyer from Kokand;
* Bakhtiyar Aberkulov, prosecutor of the Karauzak district of Karakalpakstan;
* Shukhrat Kuchkarov, head of the human resources department of the Ministry of Justice;
* Tatyana Fomenko, department head of the National Archives of Uzbekistan.
The "Shukhrat" medal was awarded to a large group of more than 40 people, including employees of the prosecutor's office, courts, the Ministry of Defense, the National Guard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Customs Committee, and internal affairs agencies. Among them:
* Khusnidin Kamolov, judge of the Supreme Judicial Council;
* Kamal Tarikhov, chairman of the court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan;
* Fayoz Ashurov, senior military prosecutor of the Military Prosecutor's Office;
* Olim Usarov, advisor to the Minister of Defense.
