From this point of view, the adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On measures to ensure a safe and respectful working environment in the sphere of labor' and the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers aimed at implementing these measures was an important step."

Chief Coordinator of the Human Capital Development Project Office Nozimakhon Davletova also touched upon the importance of the initiative and said:

"Thanks to the reform adopted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, we are creating a mechanism for building inter-institutional respect for every person, regardless of whether they are a man or a woman. This should become the norm in every organization. A culture of mutual respect will shape a healthy society and strong personnel of the future for our New Uzbekistan."

Nigina Abaszade, UNFPA Resident Representative in Uzbekistan, noted the following:

"We are proud that UNFPA has provided leading expertise and technical assistance in developing important reforms aimed at ensuring a safe and respectful working environment in Uzbekistan. Today we are moving to the stage of implementing the decisions adopted at the legislative level.
