Medical workers to be paid monthly allowances starting from 2027
Monthly additional allowances have been established for the base tariff rate or position salary of certain medical workers
Medical workers will receive monthly bonuses starting from 2027
According to the Presidential Decree, starting from January 1, 2027, monthly bonuses will be introduced to the monthly salaries of medical, pharmaceutical, and pedagogical workers.
For nurses and male nurses who have completed a bachelor's degree, the bonus is set at 1 time the minimum wage.
For nurses and male nurses who have completed a master's degree, a monthly bonus of 2 times the minimum wage will be paid.
For family doctors who have completed a residency in family medicine, the bonus is set at 4 times the minimum wage.
The same amount of bonus will also apply to pedagogical staff who have completed a master's degree in this field. The bonuses will be paid monthly in relation to the employees' basic tariff rate or official salary.
According to the decree, starting from the 2027/2028 academic year, admission to two-year training programs for mid-level medical personnel will be canceled.
Additionally, joint educational programs in cooperation with higher education organizations of developed foreign countries will be introduced in training personnel for the bachelor's degree in higher nursing. A master's program will also be launched to train scientific and pedagogical personnel in the specialty of nursing.
