Six judokas from Uzbekistan will participate in the Grand Slam tournament in Budapest, which will take place on September 11–13.

Six representatives of the Uzbekistan national judo team will participate in the Grand Slam tournament, which will take place on September 11–13 in Budapest. This was reported by the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
More than 500 athletes from 70 countries are expected to participate in the competitions in the capital of Hungary. The Uzbekistan national team will be represented by three men and three women.
In the men's division of the tournament, Doston Ruziev will compete in the under 60 kg weight category. In the under 73 kg category, Uzbekistan will be represented by Elbek Tojiev, and in the under 81 kg weight class — by Murodjon Yuldoshev.
Among the women, Sevinch Murodova is registered in the under 48 kg category. Muhayyo Akhmatova will compete in the under 52 kg weight class, and Marjona Kuchimova in the under 78 kg category.
Uzbek judokas have departed for Hungary to participate in the next Grand Slam tournament.
