Due to the establishment of the base calculating value (BCV) at 440 thousand soums in Uzbekistan from September 1, fines for traffic violations have increased. The new rates apply to all types of violations.

With the increase of the base calculating value in the country, the amounts of fines and state duties provided for in the Code of Administrative Responsibility are also recalculated accordingly. All current fine rates for traffic violations have been set by multiplying them by the relevant coefficients of the BCV.
