Their total area is 285 hectares, with an investment volume of 4.5 billion dollars. The projects are designed for 115,000 residents.
The construction of new residential areas has begun on an area of 65 hectares in the Bukhara district and 25 hectares in the city of Bukhara. They envisage the construction of multi-story housing designed for 30,000 residents, hotels, business centers, commercial, service, and entertainment facilities.
The Vietnamese investor also put forward an initiative to establish an industrial zone in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
The President approved the presented concepts, emphasizing the need to apply advanced urban development solutions in the projects. Officials were instructed to thoroughly develop the necessary infrastructure and implementation mechanisms for the projects together with the company.
