In Uzbekistan, management companies will have charges suspended for missing reports

Management companies in Uzbekistan are required to submit quarterly reports on income and expenses for each apartment building. If an organization fails to upload a report to the electronic billing system, the charging of mandatory fees will be suspended until the violation is resolved.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services Sherzod Khidoyatov at a meeting of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Additional measures are provided for repeated violations. If a management company violates the building management rules three times a year, the Housing Inspection will be able to remove it from the electronic register.

According to the Ministry of Construction, 45 organizations have already been removed from the register this year for improper fulfillment of their duties.
