In Tashkent, the number of identified fare evaders in public transport has significantly increased

From September 1 to September 22, ticket inspectors in Tashkent drew up 14.05 thousand administrative protocols against passengers who did not pay for their ride in public transport.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Transport, this figure is 8 thousand 494 people, or 153%, higher than the results for the entire month of August.

Awareness-raising and control work on timely fare payment in the capital's transport is carried out by specialists of the state institution "Monitoring and Control of Passenger Transportation of the City of Tashkent."

The ongoing activities are aimed at strengthening payment discipline and ensuring order on all city routes.
