In New Tashkent, 100 hectares of land will be allocated for each district of the capital, as well as for the residents and entrepreneurs of each region. This was announced during an ongoing meeting with entrepreneurs in New Tashkent.

According to the head of state, people from both Namangan and Bukhara can come and live in their own neighborhood, their own mini-motherland.

– You see, when I first became the governor of Samarkand, I was told that there was a "Zaamin" mahalla center in the city. I was surprised and asked if there could really be a "Zaamin" mahalla center. When I went to see it, its condition was very deplorable. Then I asked myself a question: the name of the small homeland where you were born is here; shouldn't you try to elevate it?..

Therefore, if every regional governor can tell their children and grandchildren that during the time I was governor, the Namangan residential area, the Fergana residential area, the Bukhara residential area, the Karakalpakstan residential area were built in Tashkent, I think it would be worthy of our history, – said the head of state.
