In Navoiy, a private kindergarten teacher who systematically beat children has been imprisoned

In Navoiy, a private kindergarten teacher who had been beating children was held criminally liable.

According to the court decision, 23-year-old N.E. worked as a teacher in the group for children aged 1-3 at the Amin kids private kindergarten in the city of Navoiy from December 2025 to April 2026. She tortured 5 minor children in this group by beating them and using violence. As a result, the children sustained light bodily injuries.

In the video circulated on social networks, she can be seen shouting at, jerking, hitting, and kicking the children. During the investigations, it was established that she had been systematically beating the children.

N.E. partially pleaded guilty in court.

"On April 7, while I was teaching didactic games to the children, the assistant teacher was next to me. I saw one of the children not listening to my words, biting other children, and kicking them in the stomach, so I hit him on the shoulder with my hand and threw him onto the playground by pulling his clothes.

On the same day, while the children were sitting and watching TV, I pulled two pupils by their ears and reprimanded them. During lunchtime, because another child kept being cranky, I pulled him by his sleeve and threw him. I was not aware that the assistant teacher was filming while I was hitting and reprimanding the children," she said in her testimony.

N.E. asked the court for leniency, stating that she was always in a nervous state due to family disputes with her husband, and that family conflicts affected her mood.

In court, the parents of the beaten children testified as victims. One of them said that when she wanted to bathe her son after he came home from the kindergarten, she saw scratches on his arms, legs, and back, and when she asked the teacher about this, she replied, "he might have been injured when he bumped into the swing."

Other parents gave similar testimonies.

A psychological examination was ordered regarding the situation, focusing on the children's reaction to the teacher N.E. When shown the teacher's photo, reactions such as fear and reaching for their mothers were observed in the children. The psychologist concluded that the children exhibited signs of a traumatic situation, psychological, and physical abuse related to the teacher.
