In Karakalpakstan, 7 percent loans will be allocated for private kindergartens

The President noted the need to expand the vocational education experience established at Technical School No. 1 in the city of Nukus.

The Pearson BTEC international educational program has been introduced at the technical school, and graduates are awarded a vocational certificate recognized by 70 countries.

Entrepreneur Salovutdin Ilyosov has established the production of 37 types of small equipment here and is also teaching young people equipment manufacturing. 4,000 unemployed people who received this equipment have started earning an income.

Starting from the new year, this experience will also be launched in one technical school each in Amudarya, Beruniy, Chimbay, and Kungrad.

From October 1, the amount of loans provided for equipment will be increased from 20 million soums to 50 million soums.

The age limit for covering the costs of learning a trade based on the "master-apprentice" tradition will be raised from 30 to 40 years.

In Karakalpakstan, preschool education coverage has reached 84 percent. However, it was noted that this indicator is still low in Amudarya, Bozatov, Takhiatash, Turtkul, Chimbay, Khojeyli, and Ellikqala.

Now, entrepreneurs opening private kindergartens in Karakalpakstan will be granted 7 percent loans for a period of 15 years, with a 5-year grace period.

In the remaining regions, the loan rate will range from 7 percent to 15 percent, depending on the distance from the center.
