In Fergana, a batch of potent drugs worth 144 million soums was seized

In Fergana, a large batch of the potent drug "Regapen" worth 144 million soums was seized.

As reported by the press service of the Department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the operational event was conducted by officers of the Fergana city department in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies. During the search of a house belonging to a resident of the "Beshbola" mahalla, 1,120 packages of the drug were discovered.

The seized medication was admitted to the case as physical evidence. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the illegal possession of potent substances. Investigative actions are ongoing.

Earlier in Kokand, the smuggling of a large batch of drugs and potent substances was thwarted. Officers seized 2.4 kilograms of hashish and 5.6 thousand "Regapen" tablets from the detainee.
