In August, one thousand planned personal receptions were not carried out

In the system of the President's People's Reception Offices, 76,196 appeals regarding 83,019 issues were registered in August 2026.

Of the appeals, 11,114 were repeated, and 1,593 were of a collective nature.

The highest number of appeals was received regarding child benefits — 4,833, alimony issues — 4,658, and gas cylinders — 2,475. In addition, 1,826 appeals related to offenses, 1,765 regarding one-time financial assistance, and 1,709 on inquiry and investigation matters were recorded.

There were 1,657 appeals regarding employment, 1,548 on financial assistance for housing repair, 1,528 regarding the repair of internal roads, and 1,234 related to executive documents.

Among organizations, the highest number of appeals was received by the National Agency for Social Protection — 12,097. This was followed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs — 8,258, the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement — 7,966, the Ministry of Energy — 6,551, and the Prosecutor General's Office — 5,498.

Also, 4,272 appeals were received by the Ministry of Employment, 3,934 by the Ministry of Health, 3,070 by the Supreme Court, 2,916 by the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, and 2,615 by the Central Bank.

Of the urgent appeals, 638 were related to power outages, 551 to drinking water, and 67 to emergency medical services.

In August, 5,666 personal receptions were planned, and 4,666 were actually held. The number of personal receptions not carried out was 148 in Tashkent region, 137 in Fergana region, and 134 in Tashkent city.

Additionally, 4,495 mobile receptions were planned, of which 4,327 were held. Among the organizations that did not hold mobile receptions, 39 cases were recorded in electricity network enterprises, 36 in improvement departments, and 31 in mahalla departments.
