The Main Department of Internal Affairs reported that the citizen's actions constituted a violation of public order. A protocol was drawn up by the Mirabad District Department of Internal Affairs under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility — "Petty Hooliganism", and the collected documents were sent to the district criminal court.
Following the incident, the location of the summer terrace in the "Blue Domes" park was also inspected. According to the khokimiyat, violations of land use requirements, including rules regarding the free movement of pedestrians, were identified. Measures were subsequently taken, and the sidewalk was cleared of the restaurant's tables and chairs.
In its statement, the restaurant management noted that the sidewalk next to the summer terrace is open for pedestrians, people with strollers, and persons with reduced mobility. At the same time, it mentioned that staff members ask people not to ride motorcycles and mopeds on the sidewalk.
The restaurant also reported that it is studying the conflict circumstances and surveillance camera footage, and that it does not tolerate rudeness and threats from its employees.
Later, the individual involved in the conflict apologized to the courier and expressed regret for his actions.
