EPL. "Arsenal" defeated "Sunderland" away

The match between "Sunderland" and "Arsenal" within the 4th round of the English Premier League has concluded. In it, the Londoners won with a score of 2:0.

The clash took place at the "Stadium of Light" in Sunderland.

In the 56th minute, "Sunderland" player Enzo Le Fée had an opportunity to open the score, but failed to convert the penalty. "Gunners" goalkeeper David Raya saved the situation. Two minutes later, in the 58th minute, Bruno Guimarães put "Arsenal" ahead in the score thanks to a super goal.

Among the hosts, Reinildo Mandava received a second yellow card in the 90+6th minute and was sent off. In the 90+7th minute, Bukayo Saka successfully converted a penalty to establish the final score.

After this victory, "Arsenal" rose to first place in the EPL standings with 12 points. "Sunderland" is in 14th place with 4 points.

In the next round, "Sunderland" will play away against "Manchester City" on September 20. "Arsenal" will face "Brighton" away on September 19.
