Doctors who go to work in Bozatov and Takhtakupir will be paid a monthly allowance of up to 200 percent

This will be introduced from January 1, 2027. Currently, such a monthly allowance is being paid to doctors who come to work in Muynak.

At the meeting, it was noted that the volume of high-tech medical services is also expanding in Karakalpakstan. It was reported that liver and kidney transplants are being performed at the central hospital in Nukus. The Aral Sea Region Children's Hospital provides 150 types of high-tech medical services. This year, 1.5 thousand operations were carried out in complex areas such as brain, heart, and plastic surgery.

A medical insurance mechanism has been introduced in the region. Equipment worth 10 million dollars has been delivered to medical institutions.

It was stated that the Nukus Medical Scientific Academy, established for the first time in Uzbekistan on the basis of private partnership, will serve as a methodical center for assessing the knowledge and improving the qualifications of sector employees. The Medical Academy, the Children's Clinic, the Oncology Center, and the newly established multidisciplinary hospital will be merged into a single system to form a University Medical Cluster.

In addition, the monthly bonus of up to 200 percent currently given to doctors who come to work in Muynak will also be applied in Bozatov and Takhtakupir starting from January 1.
