Building houses alone is not enough: new projects must also include schools, kindergartens, and green areas
In new housing projects, schools, kindergartens, social facilities, roads, and infrastructure must be planned together, and at least 30 percent of the area should be designated as green space. This was announced by the National Committee for Urbanization and Sustainable Housing Market Development.

Building homes alone is not enough: new projects must also include a school, kindergarten, and green area
According to the Committee, every planned construction project must be reviewed based on an integrated approach. Along with multi-story residential buildings, green areas, playgrounds, and parking lots must also be taken into account.
It was also emphasized that small and dense construction projects on land areas of up to one hectare should be abandoned.
The Committee focuses on three main criteria when evaluating projects submitted to regional architectural and urban planning councils.
First — Compliance with the Master Plan.
The construction project must comply with the approved Master Plan of the area.
Second — At least 30 percent green area.
The Committee noted that green spaces are essential for maintaining the city's ecological balance and creating a healthy living environment for residents.
Third — Alignment of building heights with infrastructure.
The number of floors in residential buildings must be proportionate to the capacity of the utility and social infrastructure in the area.
