At the Aichi-Nagoya-2026 Summer Asian Games, Uzbek kurash wrestlers have won more medals.
In the -78 kg weight category, Pokizaxon Kamoliddinova defeated South Korea's Sumin Mon in the final match to become the Asian Games champion, bringing a gold medal to the delegation of Uzbekistan.
In the -81 kg weight category, Axror Ziyodullayev also became a gold medal winner. He defeated Iran's Ramin Ahmadzoda in the final.
Additionally, Shohista Nazarova, who competed in the -78 kg weight category, won a bronze medal. She had lost to her compatriot Pokizaxon Kamoliddinova in the semifinals.
