Aichi-Nagoya-2026: Suhrob Khodjaev became the champion of the Asian Games

Suhrob Khodjaev, a representative of the Uzbekistan national athletics team, won the gold medal at the Aichi-Nagoya-2026 Asian Games.

Participating in the hammer throw competition, Khodjaev recorded a result of 74.38 meters and became the winner of the tournament.

This is the third participation in the Asian Games for Suhrob Khodjaev, and he celebrated the continental games championship for the first time in his career.

With this, Uzbek athletes brought the total number of medals to 30 and rose to 5th place in the overall medal standings.
