Uzbekistan Produces 15.2 Trillion Soums of Beverages
Large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced beverages worth 15.2 trillion soums in the first half of 2026, up 11.1% from a year earlier.
Uzbekistan's major businesses manufactured 15.2 trillion soums worth of beverages between January and June 2026. This represents an 11.1% increase over the corresponding period last year, as reported by the National Statistics Committee.
Tashkent led all regions in beverage production, generating 9.3 trillion soums. The Tashkent region followed with 2.4 trillion soums, and the Khorezm region came in third with 1.1 trillion soums.
Other regions' production figures were: Samarkand region with 727.4 billion soums, Namangan region with 674.7 billion soums, Bukhara region with 268.9 billion soums, and the Republic of Karakalpakstan with 220.1 billion soums.
Further production totals included: Kashkadarya region with 116.3 billion soums, Ferghana region with 112.6 billion soums, Andijan region with 92.2 billion soums, Syrdarya region with 91.1 billion soums, Surkhandarya region with 77.1 billion soums, Jizzakh region with 37.8 billion soums, and Navoi region with 13.3 billion soums.
